1. Minimum 10 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role

2. Strong knowledge of warehouse operations (receiving, picking, packing, shipping, inventory control)

3. Hands-on experience with WMS/ERP systems and Microsoft Office

4. Understanding of warehouse equipment operations (forklifts, pallet jacks, clamp trucks)

5. Proven leadership and team management skills

6. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities

7. Customer-service oriented, with ability to manage multiple priorities

8. Flexible to work extended hours, weekends, or holidays as needed
