Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in related field
• 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, business development, or a related field (experience in cosmetics, beauty, manufacturing, or consumer goods is preferred).
• Fluent in both English and Korean (written and spoken).
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, logistics, and operations.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
• Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Passion for beauty, consumer products, and global business.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in the cosmetics, beauty, retail, or distribution industry.
• Understanding of international trade, import/export, or overseas business operations.
• Experience working with retailers or distributors in North America.
• Previous participation in trade shows, buyer meetings, or industry events.
• Experience living, studying, or working abroad.
• Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or inventory management systems.
• A valid Ontario driver’s license is an asset.
