1. Demonstrated leadership experience in either unionized or non-unionized environments.

2. Proficiency with ERP and WMS systems.

3. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

4. Ability to work rotating shifts (days, afternoons, nights as required).

5. 2 years of Logistics / Warehouse experiences is required.

6. Forklift certification preferred.
