Business-level proficiency in spoken and written Korean and English to translate, draft, prepare, and present reports to HQ Management Teams in South Korea (required for effective communication with HQ)
Proven experience in merchandising, price analysis, or business planning functions demonstrating ability to analyze and influence business outcomes
Strong understanding of market research and data analysis to inform strategic decisions
Solid knowledge of business fundamentals and management principles to support strategic planning
Demonstrable strategic thinking skills to develop and implement effective merchandising and pricing strategies
Analytical mindset with problem-solving aptitude to identify and resolve business challenges
Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage stakeholders and convey insights clearly
