Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
• Reading, comprehension, product knowledge and mathematical skills
• Good computer skills
• Detail-oriented and consistent.
• Knowledge/experience with hand and power tools
• Ability to properly maintain and perform basic repairs on equipment.
• Effective communication/interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a team environment with minimal supervision
• Demonstrates continuous learning through cross training, learning new skills and refreshing
prior skills
• Job Requirements:
• Requires prior supervisory and production experience
• Lean Manufacturing Techniques (Training)
• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at a time.
