Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
2+ years of relevant IT experience.
Korean–English bilingual proficiency (business-essential): full professional reading and writing in Korean is required for daily coordination with HQ, ERP operations, and the SOC 2 audit.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA including the PS module, understanding project-based manufacturing processes in ERP.
Working knowledge of IT security controls and SOC 2 compliance, including support for external SOC 2 Type II audits.
Proficiency in SQL for data retrieval, validation, and reporting.
Experience designing database schemas, including relational data modeling, normalization, and schema definition for application development.
Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
