Bachelor's degree in Cosmetic Science, Biochemistry, Business, Supply Chain, Material Science, Industrial Design, or a related field preferred, but all majors are welcome.
Prior experience in product development within a consumer-packaged goods company in the cosmetics and k-beauty industry is a plus.
Strong interest in beauty products, trends, and the K-beauty industry.
Strong understanding of skin care/cosmetics, ingredient functionality, and formulation techniques.
Familiarity with regulatory guidelines and requirements for cosmetic products.
Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills to facilitate collaboration across departments and with external partners.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools for formulation and project management.
Proficiency in English and Korean required.
