• Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems

▪ Strong verbal and written communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

▪ Excellent teamwork, customer service, and interpersonal abilities.

▪ Ability to work independently, manage one’s time, adapt in a fast-paced testing environment.

▪ Solid understanding of end-to-end LTE/NR network architecture, including RAN, Core, and IMS.

▪ Proficiency in 4G/5G air interface protocols, signaling, and call processing.

▪ Hands-on experience with field test tools (e.g., QXDM, QCAT, TEMS, Nemo, or similar).

▪ Familiarity with analyzing KPIs such as RSRP, SINR, CQI, and throughput.

▪ Strong commitment to safety awareness and responsible equipment handling during field activities.

▪ 0-2 years experience in field network testing, mobile QA, or telecom engineering.

▪ Coding experience (Python, SQL)
