Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
Experience in architectural construction, field coordination, design review, or construction administration
Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, specifications, shop drawings, RFIs, and submittals
Strong understanding of constructability, interdisciplinary coordination, quality control, and field issue resolution
Excellent communication, documentation, organization, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively with owners, architects, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, quality teams, and safety teams
