■ 자격조건
Degree and Major:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Skills:
• Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Tiktok Shop or similar)
• Product listing and merchandising skills
• Campaign planning and execution
• Basic data tracking and performance analysis
• Ability to prepare marketing reports and insights
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Cross-functional coordination and project management
Certifications:
• Not required; relevant digital marketing or e-commerce certifications are a plus.
Language proficiency:
• English & Korean (preferred)
Attitude:
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Collaborative team player with cross-functional communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Other:
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to work full-time on-site in the Greater Chicago area
Preferred Qualifications
1. Experience in beauty, skincare, or consumer goods marketing
2. Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Analytics, email marketing platforms)
3. Basic understanding of retail or omnichannel marketing (Amazon, specialty retail, or marketplace platforms).
