■ 자격조건 :
1. Bachelor’s degree or relevant academic background in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
2. Basic knowledge of manufacturing equipment, automation systems, electrical/mechanical systems, or industrial processes.
3. Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal engineering teams.
4. Ability and willingness to work in a manufacturing environment, including rotating day and night shifts as required.
