■ 자격조건 :
• At least one year of related customer service and cash handling experience
• The ability to make personal connections, engage customers and behave courteously and professionally always
• The desire to work in a team environment and proactively collaborate with your colleagues to provide an outstanding customer experiences
• Strong communication skills
• The ability to learn products, services, and procedures quickly and accurately, and understand how to tailor product and service solutions to customers with differing needs
• A commitment to meeting all Bank policy and regulatory requirements
• A college degree or military equivalent strongly preferred, high school degree, GED or foreign equivalent required
• Ability and willingness to work branch hours
• Fluency in Korean required
• Fluency in Chinese a plus
