- Bachelor's degree (or currently pursuing) 1n Food Science, Food Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

- Basic understanding of food production processes, inventory management, and manufacturing operations.

- Familiarity with HACCP principles and food safety standards (coursework or internship experience preferred ) .

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage production data, documentation, and attendance records accurately.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic computer data management systems.

- Detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of working in a fast-paced production environment.

- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with production staff and management.

- Korean/English bilingual ability is a plus.

- Major in Food Engineering/Food Science or strong interest in pursuing a long-term career in the food manufacturing industry. (Preferred)
