• Proven track record of opening new retail or wholesale accounts
• Experience in beauty, skincare, cosmetics, personal care, or consumer packaged goods (CPG)
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Ability to travel domestically (approximately 25–40%)
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
