QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Administration, or related field, OR comparable record of sales leadership experience required.

-Enthusiastic candidates who are passionate about becoming a sales expert in the beauty industry.

-2 or more years of sales experience is preferred, not required.

-Proven experience in regulatory compliance, ideally within the beauty or cosmetics industry, with a strong emphasis on international compliance and product or brand registrations.

-Strong knowledge of industry regulations and laws, both domestic and international.

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

-Excellent sales and customer service skills with proven negotiation skills.

-Strong supervisory and leadership skills.

-Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

-Attention to detail and analytical mindset.

-Proven experience in international trade compliance within the beauty industry or similar industry.

-In-depth knowledge of international trade regulations, custom procedures, and any legal

-classification in regions including Africa, South America, and Europe.
