[Required Qualifications]

- 1+ years of full-stack or backend engineering experience

- Proficiency in Node.js, NestJS, Next.js, React, MySQL, PostgreSQL

- Experience with Redis or similar in-memory data processing and caching technologies

- Experience deploying and maintaining services on AWS

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to take ownership

- Strong bilingual communication (Korean & English)

- Ability to iterate quickly on MVPs and production-scale features

- Self-driven and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment

[Preferred Qualifications]

- Experience building healthtech, SaaS, or enterprise platforms

- Familiarity with healthcare APIs and standards (FHIR, HL7, eligibility APIs)

- Knowledge of DevOps tools (Docker, Terraform, GitHub Actions, CI/CD workflows)

- Experience in startup or high-growth environments

- Experience collaborating with multicultural or distributed teams

- Experience supporting tablet/mobile workflows or offline-first architecture
