- Skills: Project Management, Budget & Schedule Control, Contract Negotiation, Procurement

- Management, Construction Supervision, Quality Control

- Certifications: PMP, PE, CCM, or related certifications preferred

- Language proficiency: Fluent in Korean and English

- Attitude: Strong ownership, proactive mindset, problem-solving ability, and teamwork skills

[우대조건]

1. Experience in U.S. or international plant/EPC projects

2. Prior experience in PM, EM, or CM roles

3. Practical experience in architecture, civil, or MEP design and construction execution

4. Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Professional Engineer (PE), or AIA certification preferred
