• Bilingual required: Korean & English

• Experience in travel operations or a similar role within the travel or hospitality industry or not.

• Strong knowledge of reservation platforms, and hotel/hospitality management tools.

• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally across diverse audiences.

• Demonstrated ability to organize multiple tasks efficiently in a remote (sales environment) setting.

• Familiarity with travel planning processes including flight booking, hotel reservations, transportation logistics, and itinerary management.

• Experience working with reservation systems and understanding of the travel industry standards.

• Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all bookings and client interactions.
