• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, Business, Operations, or a related field preferred
• Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply; 1–2 years of experience in materials planning, logistics, supply chain, or manufacturing support is a plus
• Basic understanding of supply chain, inventory control, shipping, and logistics processes
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and coordination skills when working with suppliers, plants, and internal departments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Experience with ERP or MRP systems is a plus
• Willingness to learn and grow within the MP&L / Supply Chain function
• Ability to work in a team-oriented manufacturing environment
