■ 자격조건
Degree and Major:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Skills:
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data formatting)
• Experience with accounting or bookkeeping software (QuickBooks or similar)
• Solid understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger concepts
• Ability to maintain, reconcile, and audit financial records accurately
• Strong data entry, analysis, and attention to detail
• Ability to prepare financial reports and management summaries
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Korean
• Cross-functional coordination and ability to manage multiple deadlines
Certifications:
• Not required; CPA candidacy or relevant accounting certifications are a plus.
Language proficiency:
• English & Korean (preferred)
Attitude:
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Collaborative team player with cross-functional communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Other:
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to work full-time on-site in the Greater Chicago area
Preferred Qualifications
1. Experience in e-commerce, consumer goods, or beauty/skincare industry accounting
2. Familiarity with inventory management and multi-channel sales reporting (Amazon, Shopify, or similar platforms)
3. Basic understanding of omnichannel retail financial operations and cost tracking
