Required Qualifications:

• Fluent in English & Korean as the role will be working across APAC with high focus on Korea.

• 4+ years of Technical Support, Consulting, Implementation, Professional Services or equivalent

• Know-how of Integrations and understanding of different project methodologies

• Exceptional client-facing and internal communication skills, both written and oral

• Experience of implementing and configuring software (payment software preferred)

• Familiarity with using APIs or JavaScript libraries

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Higher Education or ERP systems such as Xetta, Ellucian, StarRez, Oracle PeopleSoft, OpenApply, Slate, Salesforce etc.

• Experience with Fintech, Technology or Consulting companies

• Experience in Higher Education such as Business Office, Cashiering, Financial Aid, Reconciliation processes of higher education

• Knowledge of programming languages such JavaScript, Liquid, Java, SQL, Python etc.
