- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

- Working knowledge of quality systems and inspection techniques is preferred.

- Familiarity with First Article Inspection (FAI), Root Cause Analysis, and Corrective Action methods is a plus.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and work independently with minimal supervision.

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

- English communication skills and willingness to communicate confidently in the workplace.
