- A successfully completed degree in Polymer Engineering, Material Science, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable technical field
- At least 5 to 10 years of professional experience in sales, technical marketing, or application development of engineering plastics
- Very good business fluency in German and English language, additional knowledge of another European language (e.g. French, Spanish) is desirable
- Solid knowledge of thermoplastics such as PC, PC/ABS, PBT, PA or related compounds
- Proven track record in key account management or business development within the E&E, industrial, or construction market
- Strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills combined with a proactive, result-oriented mindset
- Entrepreneurial personality with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a matrix and multicultural environment
- Excellent user knowledge of MS Office programs (Excel, PPT, Word)
- Willingness to travel > 50% within Western Europe
