Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Experience: Minimum of 3~5 years of experience in sales and/or application support, preferably in Clinical IVD market.
• Skills:
o Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong customer relationships.
o Technical knowledge of PCR or microbiology and the ability to explain and apply them effectively to meet customer needs.
o Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues efficiently.
o Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in Real-time PCR and Microbiology products
• Knowledge of microbiology, biology, molecular biology.
• Fluency speaking in English and German(optional).
