Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent work experience.
• Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in field service engineering, preferably within the Clinical IVD or medical device market.
• Skills:
o Strong technical troubleshooting and analytical skills to resolve hardware/software issues.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong, trust-based customer relationships.
o Ability to explain technical mechanisms and user maintenance workflows effectively to meet customer needs.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Hands-on experience with Real-time PCR, molecular diagnostics, or microbiology instrumentation.
• Fluency in English is required; Proficiency in German is highly preferred (optional).
