Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of retail experience with managerial exposure, preferably in beauty, cosmetics, luxury retail, or branded boutiques,or 8+ years of people management experience in a customer-centric environment.
- Strong leadership capability with proven experience managing multi-store or multi-function teams.
- Background in hospitality (e.g. hotel, service operations) is also welcomed.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work retail shift hours, including weekends and public holidays.
