- Minimum of 4 years of experience in construction management and architecture.

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

- Strong knowledge of construction processes, project management, and contract management

- Leadership experience, ideally 7+ years in a managerial role within the construction/architecture field.

- Intermediate proficiency in English is required.

- Korean optional

- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

- Collaborate with international teams, particularly in Europe, including countries like the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Germany, Hungary, Turkey, and Spain.

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Mirosoft PowerPoint is required.

- A valid driving license (Class B) is required, with active driving experience.
