Your Qualification
- 1–3 years of professional experience in HR administration, HR operations or a comparable generalist role in Germany
- Practical experience with German HR administration, payroll preparation and timekeeping
- Basic knowledge of German labor law and good understanding of the German Working Time Act (Arbeitszeitgesetz)
- Basic understanding of German social security and payroll-related HR processes
- Confident handling of HR systems and MS Office, particularly Excel
- Fluent German and English; Korean language skills are an advantage
